Step 1: Set up your appointment
First, you want to contact Yellow Bird to set up a free Solar Quote or a total Home Comfort, Heath, and Efficiency Evaluation. A friendly Customer Care representative will find the time for you and a significant other, if applicable, to meet with one of our expertly trained Home Comfort Advisors at the property.
A Lead Customer Coordinator will contact you the day before your evaluation to confirm your appointment.
Step 2: The Appointment
A Yellow Bird Home Comfort Team will arrive promptly at your home. The team will take pictures of your home’s areas like your electrical panel, ducts, air conditioning unit, returns, utility transmission furnace, etc. For Solar Quotes, the Home Advisor will send those pictures electronically to our Technical Reviewer.
A Yellow Bird Technical Reviewer’s job is to review the images and make some preliminary technical calculations so we may give you an accurate quote and timeline. Our process will assist you in making an informed decision.
While the Technical Reviewer reviews your home’s specific details, your Home Comfort Advisor will review your options for Solar (Energy Production), Home Comfort (Air Conditioner and Furnace), and Health (Indoor Air Quality). The technical reviewer will contact your Home Comfort Advisor with his calculations. Finally, your Home Comfort Advisor will present your quote and financing options.
Finally, a Yellow Bird Representative will contact you after your appointment to ensure you had a positive Yellow Bird Experience.
